GoldSTAR Mobile App EOL for Version 2

Team Technologies announce the end of support for GoldSTAR mobile V2.x.x. 

Version 3.x of GoldSTAR Mobile app was released in April 2020, and represented an improvement in the handling of synchronisation of data between the GoldSTAR server and the mobile device on which the GSM app resides. We have recently identified an issue in version 2 of the app which means that some data may not be synchronised successfully into the GoldSTAR database.  It has been our recommendation for some time that all customers upgrade to the latest available version of GSM as soon as possible, and we now announce the End of Life for GSM v2.x

We have not supplied or installed this version for any customer since April 2020. 

We have not issued any updates / new functionality for this version since May 2020.

We will continue to provide support for this version until 30th June 2022 for any customer who continues to have a valid maintenance agreement covering GSM.

What next ?

Customers who operate the GSM app fully integrated with a third party mobile TIS should contact their TIS supplier to arrange an upgrade for all devices to be completed prior to the end of June.
